2022: Cuthbert’s Moor secured for nature restoration
Wild Moors helped secure major funding to allow Durham Wildlife Trust to acquire Cuthbert’s Moor, a now former grouse moor in the North Pennines. Since the moorland was bought, an innovative programme has been implemented to restore the land for nature.
